  • Complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire

  • I will come prepared to our 60 minute zoom session with strategic guidance and actionable steps for you to put into place immediately to make progress on your health and wellness goals

And the best part? The support doesn’t end there! After our session you will have immediate access to me via Voxer (complimentary messaging app) for 4 full WEEKS! Think how amazing it will be to have daily support, accountability and encouragement in your back pocket?!
